Most units are occupied by families with kids. You'll expect a lot of children (school kids) around you.
Pro:
1. Very well-maintained common area
2. Efficient MCST
3. Freehold (TOP2012)
4. Four pools with one Jacuzzi
5. Average psf on the lower end in the district.
6. Within double <1km zone of NYPS and RGPS
7. Quiet at night
8. Only 70+ units
Con:
1. High maintenance costs (S$ 6 per sqm per month)
2. About 10 mins walk to Botanic Garden MRT, and about 15 mins walk to all the shops nearby.
3. Tough life if you don't have a car.
4. You must make a U-turn beyond TKK MRT if you drive westbound on Bukit Timah Road.
5. Totally no phone signal in the basement car park unless you use Singtel.
