Low floor units facing behind may have views blocked. Otherwise, this is a cosy condo. Very livable -

Good Investment Prospect
This is one of the most worth while property to invest in D21 at between $950 to 1000 psf, considering its a freehold property!New launches around this area are alrady asking between $1400-1600 psf! When you compare to other condominium/apartments around D21. 1. Goodluck Garden 30yr old at downhill of Signature Park at >$1k psf 2. Symphonic hieght at Hume Ave >$1k psf 3. Southhaven >$1k psf where it is noise and heavy traffic along Upper bukit timah road. 4. Mamplewood at $1400psf . Good quality materials and finishings are used in this project. The first launching price was between $800 -850 psf 10 years ago. I think it is because there is no MRT in close distance, which has kept the prices to be at this level. With the Beauty World MRT is ready in 2015, prices will definately move upwards. Moreover, beauty world shopping area will be re-develop once MRT ready in 2015. -

Cramp Surrounding
Visited a unit recently facing the landed area. This facing is OK as it should be quieter BUT there is a real con here. The living and master bedrooms are very close to the opposite high landed houses. No privacy as you will need to curtain up. The other smaller rooms have limited and odd window panels block and facing building pillar which is quite surprising. The current listed asking price is also way away from transacted prices suggest people to find try elsewhere. -

Excellent
This project is simply lovely and great! Just minutes away from the vibrant activities happening along Upper Bukit Timah's well-known belt of famous eateries lies this serene & charming condo. The condo looks pretty both on the outside and inside. Another few minutes walk from the project leads you to tropical nature's escape -- Bt Batok Nature's Reserves. Love running and taking slow walks there. The air is very fresh in this place. I need not even switched on the aircon or fan at night...just enjoy the cooling night air. Love reading near the pool at night. So quiet and air is so fresh Hosting parties is a delight in this condo. I enjoy hosting my friends to a poolside party (with function room just beside it) or rooftop parties overlooking the Bt Timah Hill. Maintenance is also excellent here. You can see that the project is still very new and whole place is very well kept and clean. MCST doing a good job here. This place is an escape for me, it's so quiet, chic, and not too far away from the city. it was love at first sight and this love has never left...I will likely keep my unit for my retirement, I think i can live longer here with the fresh air:) Only down side is the gym. Super small and machines needs upgrading. But I see very few people using the gym, likely all go for outdoor at the nature's reserves. Only about 160 units here. Charming, cosy, and peaceful. My type of project:). -
