  Poor Maintenance, dark and poor privacy

  Have a feeling that the tenants are not offered much privacy, due to certain things that were observed during the viewing. Common areas are dark, common corridor lights are turned off during the day, general maintenance looks poor, and the lift doors bizarrely are flanked by existing doors. The exterior form of the building is quite pleasant. It's a pity about the interior, corridors, and upkeep.

  Nice Area but Poor Management - watch out

  a very nice area to live in and connected to amenities, transport but the leasing company managing is pathetic and unsupportive. Bad experience for me as well as my previous tenant
