  can not wait to move out

  Very Noisy from the mosque late afternoon to night. Traffic jam during certain time also. Guard seldom around. Not sheltered walk to MRT. Regret renting here

  Overcharged

  $580 per month on maintenance fee for a pool and a small tiny gym ? ... and without security ? ... ridiculous !!

  The value of this condo is enhanced by the new Stevens Road MRT station. Near to the Botanical Garden and Orchard road. Simple facilities

  Not to recommend

  Tenants told me low building quality, they had contractor coming in to fix things for months Building already re-painted after 1 year Traffic chaos and noise from mosque opposite Noisy as next to flyover on Bukit Timah No security guard Very limited outdoor furniture near pool
