  bring your camera

  This new condo does great with location near nostalgic chinatown, busy CBD and fantastic facilities like hot tub, bbq and even teppanyaki area. also has tennis court and 360 view of either sea or city. must bring your camera if have rare opportunity to visit. just one block but outstanding

  air is cooler up here

  at the top of 36-storey Sky Everton, it is cooler than the rest of Singapore and what is even cooler are the unblocked panoramic views of the charming chinatown area and even can see keppel waterfront. it is always so lovely when I visit this condo, go for a dip in the pool, and the beautiful facilities

  Review On Sky Everton

  Rare freehold new launch in district 2 high rise development. The asking price of $2700-$2800psf feels a bit high for district 2 but one needs to take into account it is freehold and will certain benefit from the Greater Southern Waterfront effect.
