Being at the city fringe and with Farrer Park MRT Station at its doorstep and a short walking distance to Little India, Connexion, Mustafa and City Square, Soho 188 has one of the best location with numerous amenities. Smallish but functional apartments and also come with pool and gym -

Super good location
SOHO 188 is freehold not 99 year leasehold. Only 53 units, you can really enjoy the facility. Only 1 min to Farrer Park MRT. The best part is the sky pool and Jacuzzi with city view. -

Not value for money
Should I top up a little bit more; I will be able to purchase a condominium with full facilities like Kerrisdale, which also beside Farrer Park MRT Station and yet nearer to City Square Mall. -

Great Location & High Potential for Growth
Almost perfect place for singles and couple living as it's city-living with MRT at door-step. It's one rare development that is so near MRT that is Freehold. High potential for good rental as future Farrer Park private hospital cum hotel almost similar to that of Novena. Located in a good district 8 which is only 2 mrt stops to Orchard and perfect for work located around town. Sky pool is superb with privacy and good size so not to allow too much noise and crowd. The underground link to nearby city square mall enhances the convenience to ammenities for food,supermarket and quiet shopping even over the weekends. The one and only 24hrs shopping available in Mustafa caters to people who needs necessities urgently and they have almost everything in the store! Eateries are everywhere. You can do last minute changing of currencies for frequent travellers. I really can't think of any better place more convenient than this. -

Supremely Convenient, Nice Pool, Cute Loft!
Really convenient development, with Exit F of Farrer Park MRT at its doorstep. City Square Mall is a sheltered underground walk away, and has all the amenities you'll ever need, supermarket, great restaurants, homefix, pet store, salon, boutiques, dentists, schools, cafes etc. And of course the colourful Mustafa! is a stone's throw away too. It's a small development with mostly expats renting, and a number of design architecture offices (it's a Soho afterall), so you don't get alot of screaming noisy kids hogging the pool (thank god for that!). Facilities may not be full but it has all the essentials and they're good. I especially like the pool. It's at the roof top, so you don't have peering neighnours or over-towering buildings with people snooping at you. Very relaxing, decent size and infinity pool with jacuzzi. One usually has the whole pool to oneself. Gym is basic but has the essentials. Great restaurants along Race Course Road. It is Little India after all, so on Sundays it can get very colourful and busy, but I quite like the vibrancy once a week. Other days are peaceful and regular. Loft living for the 6 floor-ers is pretty cool. Nice place for young couples, yuppies, PLUs and expats. It's unpretentious but sassy urban living! I like it! -
