LIFT. The higher you stay, the noise is worst especially blk 12. BCA can't do anything. BBQ pit. 4 BBQ pit for 1327 household. All pit very near block. If U stay near BBQ pit then everyday kena smoke. Especially school holidays afternoon till night. Water leaking tru wall at balcony, master bed room and toilet. Till now tiong seng builder worker still coming everyday to do waterproof and many unit not settle yet. All rubbish chute at basement beside lift lobby, if ppl coming back from basement and step into the lift. Then the lift will smell rubbish chute. This problem they can never solve cos impossible to shift the build in rubbish chute. 4 pool for 1327 household. Pool facing is like nightmare during weekend when U think U wan sleep late. Children screaming and parent shouting.

Sol acres
Very good… spacious facilities… worth to buy. Convenient near lrt and McDonald..24 hour supermarket

I like the Choa Chu Kang suburb
I bought a unit at Sol Acres because I love this locality. Choa Chu Kang is a lovely suburb. It used to be a village before the Housing Board transformed this area. It also has a nice vibe. Sol Acres reflects that, from the open spaces to the facilities. Given that so many people live in this area, public transportation, shops and restaurants have sprung up over the years which makes life very convenient for residents.

Good management
I’ve been staying at an EC unit in Sol Acres for over a year. As it is a massive project, the economies of scale allow for excellent professional management. It’s so well maintained, the facilities are top-notch, and the apartments were constructed using good quality materials. The Tech Whye LRT station is nearby and overall connectivity to the area makes it very convenient.

Lovely for active people
When I heard about the 1,327-unit Sol Acres executive condominium, it felt a little too crowded for my liking. That's way too many units in one project. However, when I visited the project, it was spaced out so well with many condo-like facilities. I bought my three-bedroom unit six months ago. I now swim daily in one of the three large pools, one being a 50-metre lap pool. The gym and other facilities are also of high quality.
