Nice boutique development in great location
This is a well kept apartment block with a timeless design and good quality finishing. I rent a one bedroom and it is spacious with a good layout. It is in the city - I can walk to Orchard and take an MRT or bus to work easily - yet on a quiet hill, so I get the best of both worlds. There are no facilities like a pool and gym, so it is not for everyone but it really feels like an apartment in New York City, if you like that kind of living but with a more peaceful vibe. -
