  High-tech living with nature access, pricey a

  The good: Fitted with smart home features, quality flooring, bathroom and kitchen fittings, hassle-free visit for guests with qr code, private lift for some units, nature at your doorstep, connection to major education and business hubs The bad: High cost psf, long walk to MRT, door swings open to kitchen which can be hazardous if not careful, lesser privacy as it is situated in a public park

  Promising development despite ongoing constru

  It seems out of the way (but that's only for the short term). Seemingly endless noise pollution from surrounding construction. Lack of infrastructures and MRT Future: it'll be near to business and industrial hubs, well-connected by various MRT lines. With more infrastructure to be completed in the future, property prices around this area will soar.

  Limited for families with school-going childr

  Pros: In the vicinity of Jurong Lake Gardens, hawker centre, Taman Jurong CC, away from crowds Cons: 20 min walk to mrt, few prestigious schools nearby More suitable for couples or families without children who enjoys nature and outdoor
