Promising development despite ongoing constru
It seems out of the way (but that's only for the short term). Seemingly endless noise pollution from surrounding construction. Lack of infrastructures and MRT
Future: it'll be near to business and industrial hubs, well-connected by various MRT lines. With more infrastructure to be completed in the future, property prices around this area will soar.
