  Convenience at Your Literal Doorstep If You C

  Developments like Springvale is all about convenience. Great F&B options right below, with 2 supermarkets and a cheap food center within a stone's throw away. Trouble is, units are not great in size, and you will have to deal with the noise, particularly if its sports season. It is well served by buses, but you may be disappointed that the newly built TEL is a little far to walk.

  Development's location is great - NTUC/Cold Storage are a stone throw away with other amenities nearby like medical clinics, dental clinics, hair salons and hawker centres. Development's MCST is also excellent - The recent paint work, landscaping and car park upgrades.

  Great nightlife just at your doorstep

  Had a great time staying at Springdale, you get access to the bars and restaurants just below the apartment. Stayed during COVID times so it was less busy. Had to move recently but if you are not a fan of hustle and bustle right at your doorstep could be worth reconsidering
