Old, but convenient and lovable
The common area around the pool is absolutely lovely and has little koi fish ponds; the gym is really old and not nice, but there are several nice gym options across the street at the mall. It is very convenient - easy access to MRT and buses going straight to town, and feels quiet and peaceful. The units are very old, with super old sinks and finishing, electricity issues, but they tend to be more spacious than other units in the area and the age is often factored into the rental price. I would recommend! -

Under the radar luxury resort living
I am a tenant here and it is hard to find another green and private spot right in the city. Walking distance to Botanic Gardens and Orchard. Premium finishes in condo feels like I'm holidaying. -

Superb Premium Quality Living
I have just bought a studio unit recently. The building finishes is highly impressive considering the TOP was 2001. Marble tiles even in lift lobbies and elevator and common corridor. -

Serene environment in the heart of the city
This underrated gem is superb for private and green living. Completed surrounded by lush greenery, every unit gives full privacy. Excellently well connected transport links and full amenities nearby -

Balinese Resort Feel
Probably the only condominium in Singapore (besides The Cornwall @ Holland) that gives a Resort ambience. Well managed property, full of greenery and tranquility! Location is superb for retirement! -

Outstanding, best-in-class prime city living
This condo has a unique combination of being in a super-prime location of Orchard Road (opposite St. Regis, near Shangri-La where Trump, Kim Jong Un stayed recently), and next to the world-renowned botanic gardens We really enjoyed staying here with its low density units, beautiful Balinese-stylings and luscious green surroundings - so quiet with plenty of greenery yet in such a prime location! The only downside is there is no tennis court -

Past its used by date
This condo block is past its use by date. Unless fully renovated, please avoid. Block 8 has electrical problems and the pool is out of action until September 2016. It's just old. Position is obviously great but for the same price you can do way better. The position is also a bit of a pain. You can only turn left onto Tanglin Road and it takes 10 minutes to go around the block if you are heading towards Holland V. Taxi's can't find it either, they always go to Martin Rd and then cancel when they realise. Definitely not suitable for children. The guards make sure kids don't play on the grounds. Gym is ancient. -

St Martin Residence
Beautiful Balinese style architecture in a quiet corner but it's just a couple of minutes walk to tanglin and orchard road. -

combination of resort and appartment
Saint Martin Residence condominium is located at St Martin's Drive off Orchard Road. This development is a low rise condo with only 82 units. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Botanic Gardens and Shopping Centre, Forum Gallery. Looks like resort, this place is very quiet and private . The resort looking foliage is designed by renowned landscape architect, Mr Michael White. In the interiors, light coloured platform wooden dining area and light brown marble flooring in the 2 and 3 bedroom units. Top-notched finishes are used in kitchens and bathrooms The penthouse units have a double volume ceiling, which accentuates the space even more. which also comes with a Jacuzzi. Each unit comes with a balcony that oversees the swimming pool. I enjoyed the stay here for 15days. I can say that it is one of the top rating condos in singapore -
