  Bay windows makes the layout slightly less efficient, but then it is a common sight for condos during its era.

  Very High Price

  The design is ok. but the Price is very steep. I notice there were cracks on the tiles and poor workmanship for the floor. the tiles were not flat, one could trip and fall. Most of the walls are not true walls, simson baords. the developer really cut cost to increase profit margin. But i would not pay for more than $1M as it could fetch a penthouse in the nearby condos.

  Better Penthouses in the Market

  - Good layout, view, height, size - Perfect for people who love space in a landed but dread the maintenance (e.g. rats, insects) and lack of security - Underpass leads to Jalan Bahagia - a walk away Only down: - Traffic at main road can be jammed during peak hours
