  Excellent location Great Commuting

  Don't deceive by the exterior, the apartment provides generous internal space where you can't find in new projects. With bus stop right in front of the apartment that is so convenient. Excellent view, can see fireworks from my unit.

  Covered by many CCTVs here, but none of them

  My item got stolen in this condo apartment. We (me and the police officer) were told by management staff that there was no footage to be recorded. So what's the point of having CCTV here?

  Close to bus stop but lacks facilities

  This is more of an apartment than a full-service condo, because it lacks a pool and the usual condo facilities (which are available at its sister development The Aberdeen directly opposite across the road). Suitable for those who don't expect to use facilities that much and are looking for a decent-sized unit with no bay windows. The building extension facing the main road was recently put up for interested developers to use for commercial purposes, and is currently occupied by a preschool. There is a bus stop right outside which you can take to Potong Pasir MRT.
