  Great no frills condo!

  Facilities are not great, everything else top

  Nice Property but be careful

  If you rent a pool suite be aware of several issues. The units face west and have a high ceiling, electricity bill will be at least 1200 SGD per month if you run AC at all. Also, the curtains will start to disintegrate due to the sun, you will be responsible for replacing curtains by the owner. If condo has not been recently upgraded, the material used to finish is imported and cheap. Finally, the pool will likely have issues and the tiles will come off easily. Depending on owner, this could be your responsibility. Not far from GW MRT station, this is a nice convenience but bus stops are not close. If you don't have a car, this is could be an issue. Close proximity to many restaurants and entertainment.

  Top choice for expats

  I like Starlight Suites for its strategic location, being near to Great World, Robertson Quay and Somerset. The condo manager and security officers are friendly and professional. There is an indoor swimming pool and there are plenty of parking lots. The layout for one bedroom is especially efficient.

  Peaceful Neighbourhood

  Tucked in between Somerset and Robertson Quay. Peacful neighbourhood. Good potential in terms of investment.
