  Overall a good choice

  Some things to consider is it may get noisy at night, and that the parking space is a little narrow. But that being said, it's well-maintained, clean, awesome facilities and very near mrt.

  Mainly 120 of less than 1,000 sf size of 1 and 2 bed room units built on a medium size land . Walk to popular eateries and Great World City

  stand out facade

  If you are looking for a nice building to stay in, RV Stellar is the one for you. However, the overhead bridge smacked in the middle does appears to be an eyesore for now.
