  Fantastic location with 2 MRT Lines - TEL and CC behind the development. Bus Stop 2 minutes walk away. It’s a quiet enclave with great value that is near Orchard RD.

  Exclusive and nice, but the monthly maintenance at $600 is high, and rental yield is not attractive.

  Air of exclusivity about Stevens Loft, discretely tucked away right in the midst of landed properties, very quiet and tranquil. Yet within walking distance to Stevens Road and Bukit Timah. Easy access to a Cold Storage through the back gate two minutes to Cold Storage Aloccassia. Feels so private and cosy, understated but very nice, gardens are very attractive. ideal for anyone who wants a private home away from the maddening crowd of large glassy condominium developments. Looks well maintained.

  stevens road condo

  a nice project off stevens rd. Would consider buying for investment if not for the recrrent floods at stevens road and bukit timah rd junction.
