  Good enbloc potential and will be near to the new TE26 Marine Parade MRT and TE27 Marine Terrace MRT.

  Potential of development

  This place has no facilities and no enbloc potential as it is already built up. The only plus point is within 1KM Taonan school and near future MRT entrance
