Looks can be deceiving
very disappointed with this so-called luxury residential complex. It looks high-end on the surface, but the living experience is terrible. The elevators are in poor condition, making loud crashing noises that often jolt people awake at night. Property management is extremely negligent — after two months of complaints, they have done nothing but delay. Worse still, the surrounding environment is very noisy and dusty due to two large construction sites that will continue for three years. Overall, it is far from what it claims to be. I would not recommend living here. -

Most efficient and Comfortable Liveable Condo
I have been staying in Stirling since TOP. Love the location and nearby amenities. 5 or more coffee shops, 1 hawker centre with wet market, Cafe , Restaurants, Mini Marts, salons, Doby, Bakery shop, clinics and FairPrice. Nothing to complain even if you don't drive. Queenstown MRT is just few minutes walk and sheltered bus service 64 also available at side gate during raining day. Most efficient, livable and comfortable condo for own stay and investment. -

Resident staying at Stirling
I have been living at Stirling residences for 3 years and I love the place! It is a great place to live in, with amenities (supermarket and transport) easily accessible. Very convenient to travel around various locations around Singapore with good network of bus and mrt all around. It is a family friendly place to stay in, and my children love the place too! We often cycle around the estate together as a family to nearby park connectors that link to Great World City, Tiong Bahru Plaza, hortpark, rail corridor etc. -

Quiet and peaceful condo close to MRT
Quiet and tranquil, near mrt and 4-5 mrt stops to 2 CBD -

Could be nice, but not now
The condo could be very nice if not its weird rules towards dogs, that are allowed to pee and defecate at common areas and near the common pool. Owners do not care about annoying other people with that despite it contradicts Singaporean rules. Management can’t do anything about it showing its incapability to solve the problem. There is no other condo in Singapore with such inattention to hygiene. Do not come here until the rules are harmonized with Singaporean regulations. -

Great connectivity yet serene
The location is a gem! So near to MRT yet it's very quiet and calm the minute you turn into Stirling Road. HDB coffee house and supermarket are just a few minutes walk away, you get the best of both worlds. The landscape is modern and sleek during day time and turns into a sanctuary resort at night with the well designed plants and spot lights. We will be staying in this place for a very long time. -

Good for kids
I enrolled both my kids into the Global Indian International school when we moved into Sterling Residences. The school is amazing and our stay here has been too. The kids love and appreciate the amenities and are always out and about, which gives me a good break. Our apartment features top-quality fittings and furnishings, and the floor plans are well designed. The house looks a lot more spacious than we had envisioned when we first rented it. -

Superb landscaping
I feel like I’m walking into an enchanted forest every time I go for a walk from my apartment at Sterling Residences. Nature nurtures for sure, and has such a calming effect on our daily life that no amount of work stress seeps into our life. Not many appreciate this intangible fact until they experience it for themselves. The facilities and amenities here are amazing, and it is so well connected via MRT stations in the vicinity. -
