  Good condo but but nothing much nearby

  Stayed there for 5 years until last year. The condo is well maintained even though it is old. The mrt is about 10 minutes walk from the side gate, not much pubs/bars/restaurants nearby (closest is at simpang bedok/east village).

  Very generous space dedicated to communal fac

  Very generous space dedicated to communal facilities and areas. 10 minutes walk to Tanah Merah MRT Station is decent, but not impressive. Sale PSF of about $700k+ is rather attractive.

  A step back in time

  I have lived in this area for decades. Stratford Court has always been a sight to behold. Ageless, clean lines and its English garden design affords one a step back in time at every visit. I used to run behind the estate, along the river (Sungei Bedok). I understand that the improvement works will be completed soon and I can then continue to jog there.

  Stratford Court

  I pass by Stratfird Court every morning and it gives me a kind of feeling that I am in living in a very conducive environment, a kind of cottage architectural ambience and its close proximity to amenties.
