  Wonderful place to live in

  I bought Stratum during the pandemic online. I took a risk because I didn't get to view the condo in person. When I finally viewed it, it was far, far better than I thought it would be! My 4 bedroom condo is spacious and overlooks the green swimming pool, a truly beautiful sight to wake up to in the morning. Despite being almost fully occupied, it is a very quiet and tranquil environment. The unit itself has ample space for everything, and is designed well so that space flows from one to the other. Amenities are very good as well. Across the road are 2 supermarkets and the bus station to Pasir Ris MRT is directly outside the side gate. The back of Overseas International School is opposite Elias Road, but you can't hear it at all because the main school building is on the other side.

  Its proximity to the nature area and the sea

  Its proximity to the nature area and the sea coast is a breath of fresh air compared to some condos in Pasir Ris. Its flip side will be its distance to MRT station.
