  Some of Best Bpartments in Little India

  Amazing location for transport and city centre. Increasingly gentrifying location with more and more trendy cafes and restaurants opening up mainly because of the nearby hospital / hotel complex.

  Another mixed development with shops on the f

  Another mixed development with shops on the first floor. The farcade, however, comes with attractive balconies and planter boxes. Facilities wise, nothing to shout about.

  Nice and convenience Apartment

  I lived in Suites 123 for past 3 years. The apartment is facing North-west facing and no direct sun shine. Very convenience and so close to the Farrer Park MRT Station. The facilities and public areas are well maintained. I recommended my friend to take up my unit before I went oversea posting.

  Nice and convinient

  no doubt it's a shoe box but location is superb and the rooftop swimming pool and jacuzzi are actually much better than other shoe box apartment.

  Not much value proposition

  Looks the same as Citigate or Urban Lofts or Owen Suites. Right along a busy road. Shoebox sized. Did somebody said it was sun facing? Another mass-market project churned out which do not make it stand out from the surroundings.

  Cool and breezy with nice view at the back

  I have bought a unit at Suites 123 facing at the back from the road, with nice quiet greenery view, and found it quite bright and airy. I would suggest installing blinds or growing more plants at the balcony, in order to block off the heat when sun shines. It would certainly make the whole place much cooler. I have chosen to buy Suites 123 rather than buying Kerrisdale Condominium simply because: 1) The Tenure: Suites 123 is Freehold (Forever yours. You could pass on to many generations to come.) However, Kerrisdale Condominium is: 99- year leasehold. (Please see the recent Reviews for this building: Dated 27 June 2012 by the Goh Family commented: 17 years old and out dated...Many owners are obviously rushing to get out.) 2) Location: Suites 123 to nearest Farrer Park MRT Station: Only 0.31 km. Kerrisdale Condo to nearest Farrer Park MRT Station is much further: 0.40 km.

  East-West Sun Facing Condo

  Have bought a unit at Suites 123 but now regretted and disappointed given that it is an East-West Sun facing. The apartment will become extremely hot when the sun shines. I am considering purchasing Kerrisdale condominium located beside City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT Station which could be a better place for living.

  No: the leaking condo is not Suite 123!

  It seems that the last reviewer has a mistaken identity. I think the "leak" was referring to "Urban Lofts", 89 Rangoon Road and not Suite 123, also on Rangoon Road. "Urban Lofts" has indeed been leaking from the top floor ever since its TOP. "Suite 123" is actually clean and dry, and pretty pleasant place to live in!
