  Elegant, small development ..well maintained with a rooftop pool overseeing the sea and a rooftop gym .easy access to the best cafes, restaurants and amenities in the katong area east coast pbeach ark is just 10 mins walk away

  Great location right next to Chinese Swimming Club along Amber Road. Just 5 minutes walk to the good food at Katong, Parkway Parade and East Coast Park through underpass. A bargain for a small project compared to The Cape, The Aristo@Amber and Silversea in the same location. Future MRT Amber Station just 3 minutes walk away. The 840 sq feet unit has a full size kitchen and yard for washing machine and dryer in addition to two bedrooms, perhaps the best layout for a small family.
