  This place is a winner.

  The place is close to mrt, Bukit timah nature reserve for weekend trekking, good school. Sheltered pool. Sumptuous food places for supper.

  Tiny units, unimpressive exterior

  Units are all one- to two-bedders. This boutique development was clearly built with rentals in mind, and it shows up in the lack of facilities (with a pool inexplicably placed in an indoor setting) and almost budget hotel-like exterior. Probably good for renting out but not for own stay.

  HOW BAD IS THIS BUILDING

  1) Dirty Environment 2) Management is irresponsible 3) Noisy 4) Too close to another building if facing inwards 5) Too loud traffic noise if facing main road

  One of the few condo one can find at Upper Bu

  One of the few condo one can find at Upper Bukit Timah that has units below $600,000, freehold, minutes walk to the MRT station and modern.
