FH apartment accessible to many parts of Sing
Located just walking distance to Eunos MRT and the bus interchange near it, it has good amenities as it is also close to eunos market. It is also not far away from ECP + Paya lebar where many major offices are. Furthermore, this project is Freehold (compared to nearby project like Parc Esta, though granted Esta is a bigger development). Worth checking out if looking for investment, and limited units may also make it attractive for enbloc in the future, especially with paya lebar airbase moving out. -

Suites @ Changi quick review
Very much echo the review on Suites @ Changi. The place does not feel so safe as people whi0 walk in are not tracked. Hygiene is somewhat a problem as even on level 5, there are cockroaches and ants. The cockroaches come from the balcony, bathroom water outlet, kitchen sink pipe. -

Suites@Changi Review
The units are about 400sq, studio type and hence more for individual living. At normal walking pace, it takes 10 minutes to get to the Eunos MRT station. There is also no mall around the area. Security is an issue - there are 3 entrances at the ground level accessible from the outside public area. There is no security officer present at any of the entry points to the residential area. Recently in July 2016, there was a house break-in case resulting in crime watch alert. Amenities wise, there is an outdoor fitness area but no indoor gym, and the pool usually has flocks of birds in the water area. As the place is near main roads, it can be noisy unless all windows and the balcony are fully shut. The place also gets dusty and dirty fast. -
