  To be honest, it is lovely location with minimal amenities

  GREAT LOCATION WITH GREAT PRICE

  Buying for the MBS View and unblocked landed view .....one of the icon in Tanjong Katong and based on per Sqft it's indeed one of the cheapest Sqft and Malay-Chinese penarakan heritage culture ....with the stay and investment ...

  Beautifully located

  Great project and nicely located. Ideal for those who dont want to cook. Checking out the bus routes, and I think they go everywhere including down town like Shenton Way and Orchard. Its very homely and comfy surrounding allows me the real Singapore feel unlike the city which is same in any Country you go to. Very near East Coast, Airport and the city so no complaints here. Prices are good for the size so I think its affordable :)

  Rather not touch

  Thought the pricing was relatively cheaper and worth a thought. But back out after knowing this is an Oxley project. Saw some of their completed projects before and the construction quality leaves one fuming... I will surely regret if this happens to my own home.
