  Used to be Good

  Is there a shortcut to walk to Novena MRT that I'm unaware of? As it takes me 12min and Google suggests 11min. Good location if you drive. Many cafes & eateries within 20min WALK. There is a pool, and a tiny bbq pit. Almost half the occupants are locals or Chinese now. Gook luck if some smokers buy a unit next to you. The apartment is so small and in no time the whole apartment will be filled with cigarettes smell. A lot of roadworks and two houses on the left and right are being constructed now. The windows are good at blocking the expressway sound, but not construction sound. No security guards, which means invitation to funny businesses. Some inconsiderate neighbors who cannot walk to outside the gate to throw their recyclable stuff.

  Fantastic Prime Location

  I agreed with the rest of the tenants here. Basically this is an expat apartment with mainly European and Amercian Tenants, It takes about 4 mins walk to Novena MRT. It has fantastic bus network connecting to almost every important part of Singapore. The best part are the shopping centres both Velocity and United Square provide everything we need from supermarket to travel agency etc. The private hospitals both mount elizabeth and Novena Medical Centres are very efficient, we do not need to line up for appointments unlike the public hospitals. Expats Drs like this place and we made friends from professors from the SMU and medical Drs etc.

  Prime location 4 mins to MRT

  Hi, I like this place alot so I decided to give the good praises it deserved. It about 4 mins to Novena MRT. The bus system fantastic, it links to almost everywhere and that is the best part about living in the town. And This is a the medical hub of Singapore where medical tourism is fantastic. the hospital Mount Elizabeth Hospital makes this place feel like orchard road. To be with the velocity and united Square Shopping Centre, its the same as the days of orchard Road living

  excellent development

  It is in the prime district within 5 mins walk to novena mrt station. Alot of buses travelnling within the city area. ear novea medical suites and the newly built novena mount Elizabeth hospital and novea medical hub. many doctors and 90% of our neigbours are expats who are either europeans or from the states. the management is fantastic, it respond very fast.
