why the price $317k so low ?
advantage : 1) close to 3 mrt, take 5_6 mins to city by bus,it close to nicoll high way and KPE.. so transport link should award 4 star. 2) new amenities such as coffee shop 24 hr etc 3)security upgrade access e-card to all residents disadvantage : within red light area..it can be pro or con, very personal view,right ? -
