Worst rental condo ever! Avoid at all cost!
- Landlord, Crescendas, will find all ways to take more money from tenants. - lousy quality and poor maintenance. Be prepare to pay an arm and a leg when handover the apartment because of the poor condition. - Facility guys are rude and unhelpful. will not fix any problem reported. - Very bad mix of tenants: KTV girls, smokers, uncontrolled number of pets etc. - Common areas poorly maintained. Lights in stair well not working. Tiles broken. Auto-gates often fail. - Poor security because the facility guys often leave the gates open to their convenience. - need to get professional cleaning company clean the curtains, and the apartment, for handover. - need to repaint apartment before handover. - have to pay air-con servicing upfront, but the landlord takes a cut. ever-changing air-con comp -
