  Decent size apt & closest to Sports' Hub

  Just look at any map/directory and you will hardly find an apartment so close to the Sports' Hub. Not only is it in the neighbourhood of a historic district with an endless choice of food, it will be walking distance to the upcoming retail and recreational space of the Sports' Hub. Swim in the best pools and play in the best equipped gym/courts/open areas in Singapore at the cost of S$1.33 billions. And you don't have to pay maintenance fee for them. Who needs miniature condo facilities? Go for theatre, concerts, sporting events or just watch the playful public in the open areas. It'll be impossible to find a better precinct to live in in crowded Singapore. This apartment is freehold, TOP'd 2001, only 28 units, all larger than 1000 sq. feet, it beats all the mickey mouses hands down. The other apartments of similar specs on Lorong 6 are very old. It has 3 MRT stations around it and a quick skip onto KPE, ECP, MCE, notwithstanding a 5 minute drive into the CBD. Any one owning one of this is sitting on a gold mine. The only cause that the psf price on these units are held back is the refusal of local banks to finance them. As the big projects in the vicinity launches and completes, the banks will be silly not to rethink this myopia. There has never been short of supply of eager tenants for these apts and the owners seldom desperate to sell (thus the few sale transactions over the years). Yes, I'll not deny that I have vested interest in writing this review, but I will be leaving that interest to my children. Cause its freehold.
