Sunshine Loft Review
This little known project in Katong/Telok Kurau is by fragrance property. A small project comprising 10 units only (2 ground floor studio, 2nd - 4th flr 2 units per flr about 720 sqft, 2bdrms unit, and 5th floor 2 units penthouse). Given the small number of units, having a pool is not sustainable. Therefore, facilities are only carpark and lift. One parking lot per unit. Right next to Still Road, not a noisy road as most traffic are diverted at Joo Chiat Lane towards Telok Kurau Road). Walking distance to Katong Mall, a bus stop a few steps away. Within 1KM radius there are many good schools (Haig Girl, CHIJ Katong, Tao Nan). A good place for students, expat and families. -
