Pls maintain properly!
Very poor maintenance, for the location and freehold, so wasted. If better maintained sure value go higher. Now lift slower and slower, door in communal area still no door knob, how to increase price like that. Buck up! -

Bad maintenance, student rentals, roadworks
I've been living here for the past year or so and cannot wait to move out. The building is very old, and not maintained well. People dump their old furniture at the entrance of the building and no one takes it away. There is a cockroach problem too and any cars parked there have little roaches in them. Constant roadworks outside even on weekends, I don't know what they're always fixing! When it rains, the "auto" gate sensor stops working. Not enough parking lot because it's one space per unit but some units have 3 cars. Most units rented out to students, high turnover of tenants. Entry gate always broken, needs propping up with stone. Cannot find any plus point to living here. Will not buy or rent here. -
