Huge Potential for this piece of Prime Land w
Current plot ratio is 2.1. With new nearby land going to rezone to 4.2 , the upside potential for Tanglin Regency 's spacious land is tremendous. -

Best Condo in Singapore
A quiet luxury condo along embassy road, beautiful greenery. Well connected with PCN to Singapore River & waterfall park in front of condo, can walk to Botanic Garden & Orchard. 5 mins to Redhill MRT. -

Enbloc Potential
I own a unit here . Not selling as fill this place has enbloc potential . Based on current URA Master Plan, plot ratio for Tanglin Regency is 2.1 while neighbours like Tanglin View is 2.8 and Metropolitan, Ascentia Sky is 4.9. Indicates current land has huge upside if plot ratio is revised. Also current devt only 16 storey. Even based on 2.1, can built up to 24 storeys. -

Spacious
Have Seen the condo recently . Well maintained. Impressed by the space and proximity to park connector and mrt. and District 10 and prestigious Tanglin Address. Full facilities also. Layout of units is superb. Considering to buy. Agent says Its land size of 113,400 sqft + for just 210 units.It’s land is even bigger than the opposite Echelon of 107,000 sqft with 580 units -

Architecture design looks a little date but location is very GE nonetheless with any 5min walk to REDHILL MRT station -

Excellent Location to live!
I've been living here for a few years with my family and I must say it's a very convenient and excellent location to be! The underground car park is spacious and we can park our 2 cars easily. Living on a high level, we enjoy unblock view n fresh breeze. Best location because we take 5mins to drive to Orchard Rd for shopping and 10mins to Raffles Place CBD to work. The Redhill mrt station is just 2mins walk away. The newly opened Alexandra canal park is so beautiful. With a wading pool, water lily pond and lovely footpaths, jogging and walks with my dog have been so enjoyable. I recommend this property to everyone! It is also not overly crowded as there are only 2 blocks so there is no overcrowding issues. In fact, on my level, there are only 2 units so I enjoy tranquility n privacy! The nearby Phoenix park has great restaurants such as Spruce for weekend brunch too. It's a lovely place to call home ! -

Recommended for both locals and expats
My family have been living here for over 3 years now. We really like this place and we've got a great community here. Very convenient location, and very friendly management staff. The newly opened Alexandra canal park is fantastic. It's right outside my window. My husband and I walk and run along the canal three times a week, and our kids love the playground. Will look to stay here for another few years! -

Love this place!
Have lived here for a year. Love this year. Super convenient location. The estate is well maintained. Like the high ceiling. Very responsible management team. The newly opened canal park provides an awesome option for running and walking. Would highly recommend this place to friends! -
