Tedge just completed in 2024, happy to see a new freehold ppty in east of SG. this mixed dev project combined living with convenience of shops below. good option for residents living in east side, adding to the allure of katong, east coast park, and so on. with TEL completed in this area too, there is even more appeal to stay here especially for families.

don't drive to Tedge!
always not enough parking. caters only 43 car park lots for residents and visitors, only 1 for handicap. many families have more than 1 car and if I visit, always must park elsewhere. if you want to park in goods vehicle lots, park at your own risk! also feel it's noisy location esp facing Changi Road and even if you stay on top floor, it is a short building 5 storeys high.

price okay for both ownstay and investment
new freehold in the D14 neighbourhood. is around $2M and i think that's not bad for boutique freehold. the developers emphasised on liveable space, so it is comfortable, and if want to rent out, about $4.5k/month in attractive location.
