  Excellent private condo

  A great location that's near to many good restaurants and eateries, yet serene and private with just 12 units.

  Value for money

  Good investment. Not over priced like others in the area. Well maintained exclusive units with spacious layouts. Pity about the small pool but with only 12 units in the building what can you expect.

  Penthouse

  I had a look at one of the penthouses recently whilst viewing another unit in this project. It was being renovated, I asked the owner if I could have a quick tour and I must say, the layout was impressive. Developers did a great job with the balcony window sunscreen, giving the living room a v cosy feel. The masterbedroom and roof terrace had an unblocked view, very breezy. Great for entertaining. Wasnt too impressed with the smaller unit that the agent showed me but I'll definitely consider the penthouse. Pity it's not for sale.

  Price going up?

  I don't see how come price going up for tembeling court. I been there and don't even consider to offer when they asking more than 1 mil. It doesn't worth it at all. The most worth between 800-900k. Cannot even get a sale for the remaining unit and now up the asking prices? I think they have to wait long long then.. Good luck to the sale.
