Moderate plot size but well built large interior. 5 rooms, 2 family area, utility room and large dinning and living rooms. Can park 2 cars. Nice small backyard. Easy to reach city, airport and highways. Nearest MRT is a long walk away to Paya Lebar. Must drive. Many Chic eateries and restaurants nearby.
