  Nice place, like living here

  Nice place, enjoyed living here. Very convenient to Utd Square, close to everywhere. Not many facilities.

  Nice boutique condo, quiet and convenient

  I was a tenant here for a few years, had a nice stay. Convenient and close to shopping mall, schools, MRT, bus station, but still quite quiet and peaceful.

  Private and well maintained

  This is the best place for people who value peace and quiet. It's well connected in terms of bus and MRT with the convenience of 3 malls nearby. It's also near good hospitals. Highly recommend for people who value city living but want a lot of privacy. Management keeps the condo fresh and well-maintained.

  Easy to rent out but...

  Small build up with a boutique feel. A mixture of 2 and 3 bedders. The layout for the 2 bedroom unit has a large master bedroom with a spacious attached bathroom. However, this compromises the available space for the other parts of the apartment. The second room is too small for an adult to live comfortably in. The hall and dining area shares essentially the same space! Kitchen is cramped. Good for a single or young couple without children to live in, hence ideal for an investor who would like to rent it out to earn a stable rental with rather attractive rental yield. Nestled at the city fringe, though the walk to Novena MRT is really quite a distance - 10 mins brisk walk. It is quite attractive to the expatriates who are here for a couple of year to work in Singapore. Not ideal for family living, unless it is the 3-bedroom unit in question. Only a narrow road leads into where the condominium is. Too high a market price, given that it is really nearer to the Farrer park area rather than Newton/Novena.

  Great find!

  Smack in the centre of the city, brilliantly located with a short walk to Novena and Newton. Quiet with a boutique feel. Excellent unit layout, with great space utilisation. Highly recommended!
