  Peaceful spot in Tampines

  A relatively new EC located in the outskirts of a mature estate? Seems like it's good for those who want to be near Tampines Central but also wants to live in peace

  Short commute for working folks

  Just a 6 minutes' walk to Tampines North MRT station, very convenient for people working in the business hubs nearby.

  Facilities for all ages

  Tenet has a floating infinity pool, lawn bowling and tennis court. Sounds great for me and my kids to spend time in the pool/quality time during weekends
