  Old but not gold

  Enbloc failed. Land size too small and asking too high. Noise place as face road so rental also an issue. Furthermore the place is built up even higher than plot ratio, so there is not much profits.

  HORRIBLE PLACE

  Hi, i live here and has been living 6 months. please do not live in this horrible building. it advertises as "service apartment" but the service is horrible. the cleaning ladies from china who do not speak english start cleaning at 6am and its so loud, everyday, that its impossible to sleep. i called the management several time to make them stop doing or start work at least 9am but the management just tells me "you tell them" which is very horrifying. please do not live in this hell place. its horrible.
