Ok For Short-Term Rental, Look Elsewhere For
The apartment building is quite old over 20 years old, and the facilities (or lack of rather) and condition reflects that. The lift is of an old obsolete model and is difficult/expensive to source for spare parts, so it is constantly breaking down under maintenance. It can even be unusable for a week! It is shocking to experience it, but because it is a small boutique project of only 20+ units (of which most are either rented out or vacant), not much maintenance or cleaning is prioritised. As for the tenants, some seem to be students who can get a little noisy at times especially so when the walls of the building are quite thin. Security is lax, hardly see the guard around and I notice quite a few strangers loitering around. Standard noise and jams as expected, but ok if you do not drive. -
