  No Need Staycation!

  The Alcove

  We have been living in the alcove since 2008 -Comfortable condo with good lighting and ventilation and lots of storage -Kids love the baby pool/jacuzzi -All condo favilities well maintained including gymn, BBQ pit and covered car park -2 lifts for 16 units, so life waiting time is eliminated -Resident mix is local Singaporeans and expats -Each unit has a separate balcony which is great for plant/greenery enthusiasts or just enjoying a relaxing view -Great location- access to 24/7 shopping & eateries (including no sign-board sea food) within walking distance -Great connectivity-5 minutes from Aljunied MRT. Buses available to take you to anywhere to CBD, Orchard, China Town, Little India or even Woodlands -Fairprice, Geylang East Public library and 1 KM mall within walking distance -Vicinity of Schools like Kong Hwa and Geylang Methodist -Serene locale -vicinity of 2 buddhist temples,Amitava buddhist library and flower and fruit shops -For Indian families, near by indian grocery shops and Paya lebar Sivan temple within walking distance. I would recommend to buy a unit in this place considering the location and the convenience.
