  Great place and peaceful

  The place is absolutely amazing! Love how peaceful it is. Feels so different from other neighbourhood, like you hardly see rowdiness and it feels very atas! It is supported by great amenities, pretty close to town since there’s direct bus. Also love how near it is to the airport

  Nice and Cozy project near top primary school

  The Alps is a nice project with a cozy vibe. It is very suitable for families with young children entering primary schools as it is well within 1 km of both Poi Ching School (5-10 min walk) and St Hilda’s Primary School (Bus 298). There is a bus stop both at the front (upcoming) and back gate of the condo which gives you a direct ride to Tampines MRT station, Bedok and even to Bishan. There are also many amenities around the area (Sheng Shiong with fresh produces, 7-11, cafe, coffeeshops etc).

  Decent Condo Stacked in between Others

  The Alps share all the nearby amenities with its neighboring condos, including several supermarket choices, coffee shops within a short walking distance or a couple of bus rides. However, the entire area is still hampered by transportation woes unless you drive. The Alps is a decent choice, but if you are in the area, be sure to evaluate all the other condo choices to determine the one you like best.

  Nice neighbourhood

  My MIL enjoys living here becos there's so many stuff for her to jalan jalan. Wet market, coffee shop, supermarket, bakery, IKEA, you name it, they have it

  Air pollution

  My friends are moving out of the condo because of the regular air pollution around the condo. Despite many complaints, the mgmt did not take any action. They give up and decided to just move out for the sake of their health

  Quality Living Within Tampines

  Architecture is a standout among the condos along the street, especially the clubhouse and commercial shop lots with the Swiss style glasshouse concept. 7/11 mart is a plus for convenience. Ice cream cafe is great if you want to entertain guests. Typical amenities like a full size Sheng Siong supermarket, hardware shop, and coffeeshop can be found across the road within 5 minutes walk. Shuttle bus runs frequently and brings you to Tampines MRT and Out Tampines Hub. Within 1km to the popular St Hilda's Pri School and United World College. Security is friendly and managing agent is extremely responsive to feedback. Unit layouts are generally squarish with minimal wasted space. Price point is not the cheapest, neither is it the most expensive in Tampines. A good environment to raise a family.
