  Cosy Ambrosia

  Conveniently located right next to the park connector, making it a 15 min stroll to Kembangan MRT and East Coast beach. Transportation connectivity is good whether you are driving or relying on public transportation with bus stops just outside the development connecting you to most of the popular areas around Singapore. The units are comfortably sized and considerably much bigger than the units being offered in the market these days, making it very live able for families. The pool is a respectable 30m pool which allows for some decent swimming as opposed to just splashing around in the water. And with the development within 1km to popular schools like Tao Nan School, it is also little wonder why this development is very popular with families with school going children. Residents here are a friendly bunch and generally know everyone given the relatively small number if units here and everyone looking out for each other also means that this condominium is generally well secured. Definitely recommended for families and those looking out for a lifestyle living

  The Ambrosia

  Although the developer could have paid more attention to detail and design of common areas, the condo is very nice and the closeness has enabled us to meet many of our friendly neighbors. The location is excellent; very close to buses on East Coast Road, a few minute walk to Kembangan MRT up the Siglap Connector Trail, and equidistant between Katong and Siglap, as well as East Coast Park. Although the pool is not an expansive lagoon, it has a waterfall, water jets and is 30 meters and ideal for swimming. The building management is very responsive and actively maintains the facilities.

  Incorrect - bus stops located on the doorstep

  Not sure why Power Ranger says not near bus stops. There is a bus stop directly opposite the condo on the other side of the road and also a bus stop next door to the condo. I've been walking past the condo on the way to work for the last year and from what i have seen from the outside it looks well constructed with decent external finishes.

  The Ambrosia

  First of all the location has no amenties, no nearby bus-stop and the building is dull - squarish and all in white painting. The blocks within each other is cramp and not much of walking space around the project and not to say landscaping.

  Beautiful Ambrosia

  The Ambrosia is conveniently located at Telok Kurau Lorong N, along the Siglap Park Connector. It is easily accessible by public transport and morever, a perfect location for families with the park and beach just a stones throw away. The apartments are spacious and tastefully designed. Did I mention that the bathrooms are to die for?! Not often does anyone come across a couple concept bathroom.
