  Superb location with full condo facilities

  Location is great with great sized swimming pool. Has a gym, playground as well as a full sized tennis court. Surrounding amenities are plentiful and in a prime district

  Ansley 33 Mandalay Rd

  Mgt has been v helpful since moving in. Perks include quiet area close to Novena & TTS, tennis court & surpringly well maintained.

  Lots of construction

  There is a lot of construction with the two new Health City buildings being erected. For those units facing the city the lights from the construction direct into your apartment and the noise is never ending. Overall though the apartments are starting to look and feel outdated lots of internal repairs to be made. Can also hear the people above you constantly, voices, walking on the floor, closing doors etc. the BBQ area isn't very nice either.

  will face lots of construction

  common areas looking a bit jaded with paint on some walls peeling. Only has 4 visitor car park lots. There is a condo under construction next door, you can hear piling noises in your unit even with the windows closed. Most of all, health city novena is going to be built just in front so you will be facing construction for a long long time. Would rather rent 368 thomson or cube 8 just across balestier road - brand new , big developments with more facilities. Rental yield will definitely drop all around mandalay road when health city starts building.
