Attractive city-fringe location, beautiful po
As I work in banking, this property sits in the exact location for me to head to the CBD (business office) and also to Changi Business Park (tech office) - all under 20 mins each way. This also means my trip to the airport is also under half an hour. It is also mins away from shopping and work centres like Paya Lebar Quarter. Also there are no compromises to the luxury and resort island feel of the landscaping and pools in this project which I live. I also absolutely love the steam rooms to calm me after a hard day's work. There are 3 hawker/food centres to choose from too. Lastly if you check out the URA master plan, you will see that there are new commercial land allocated for future development that will have much more growth I can take advantage of and benefit while I live here. -

Excellent Central Location
We were very impressed with the layout, beautiful landscape, interior and the MRT at the door step which can hardly comes by nowadays with the new launched which made us to purchase a 3 bedder immediately. Looking forward for TOP and move in to our dream home. -

Great location, yet quiet & great layout
The completely sheltered mrt walkway is less than 2 mins walk to entrance of this development .place is quiet although located well . Highly recommended for anyone - those with elderly parents who need wheelchair access( as immediate access to sheltered walkway and mrt ) , kids of varying ages e.g. primary , sec or tertiary institutes - can easily travel to almost all parts or end of singapore with ease of connectivity . The wet markets and Hawker centres ( with great food ) , ntuc supermarket and many clinics , are within walking 10 mins distance . Cycling to East Coast park is a breeze via pelton canal just across and easy access via mrt to PLQ mall , Marina promenade , Marina Bay and areas near town ! Not mentioning for parents looking for sch for young children - a couple of schs nearb -

Awesome apartment and close to office
I work near Macpherson, which is just one stop away from my new condo unit at The Antares. When the project is completed, I just have to walk outside my development and travel straight to the MRT station across the road. How cool is that! I’ll be enrolling my kid into Canossa Catholic Primary School, which is less than 10 minutes away. My condo is a three-bedroom unit with a large kitchen, much bigger than in any new project that I've looked at in the past six months. I also like the size of the master bedroom. In the showflat, there was enough space to move in the room, even with a king-size bed. -

One of latest new launch that is just 3 minut
One of latest new launch that is just 3 minutes walk to Mattar MRT Station. There is a clear shift to cleaner living with 68 bicycle lots. there is a sheltered walkway to Mattar MRT Station. -

Brilliant location, early mover advantage and great developer. -
