  A big mistake to buy

  This is a small 56-units development with barely any good condo facilities - the pool is hardly usable as there are 2 big columns inside the pool blocking its use by 2 or more swimmers. In addition, the mechanical carpark goes to occasional breakdowns and it is simply annoying that you need to wait few minutes to retrieve your car if there is a queue. In addition, if you forgot something in your car, you need to activate the mechanical carpark to retrieve your car again. The development is poorly maintained as well while maintenance fee is quite high for one with barely any facilities.

  Great Location situated within 2 MRT stations. Great sea view Great buy as surround new launches for 2bdrm above $1.6m Worth considering before price appreciate

  Unfriendly layout

  Been to couple of units for viewing. One thing for sure is the balcony is taking up of the entire space, making the living area small and felling very claustrophobic. Prices were steep as owners are asking for ridiculously high price for this location as prices are set from $17xx-$19xx, the price of a prime location from district 1-11. Merchandised carpark making diving very inconvenient, from entering the gate to waiting for the car lift to fully parked will take you at least 5 mins. Price ranged from $17xx-$19xx for a >6xxsqft, the price of a prime locations between district 1-11.

  Huge Wasted Space

  Useless space wasted on the balcony. 2 bedroom condo of 800sqft but with 200sqft occupied by the balcony. living space is very small, except that there is seaview.

  Worth the investment! Just mins to CBD area and a very short walk to shopping mall!

  Claustropobic

  horrible layout, small rooms and living areas...lots of wasted space with useless big balconies..only thing nice is some have nice seaview. Not worth the investment for tight living space.

  Value for money project

  It's definitely the cheapest project around Amber. Walking distance to Parkway Parade and to cross over to East Coast Park requires only 10 min by foot. Only 10 min drive to Suntec City. Great to chill out in the sky pool once it is ready.

  Condo with Heritage

  Unique as it has a conservation house at it's front. 56 units mean no overcrowding of facilities. With it's pool at level 14, it is possible to get some sea view while swimming or relaxing by the pool. The development is close to nearby bus stops as well as future MRT at Marine Parade.Overall a nice, boutique development along Amber Road.
