You can also find other food like dim sum, noodles, at all times of the day (and night) within walking distance. Geylang also has a reputation as a seedy area, which might not suit everyone. There are some adult entertainment businesses around. During the day, it’s quite normal, but if you’re walking around at night, you’ll notice the difference compared to other parts of Singapore. For families, this might not feel like the ideal location, but for singles or couples who don’t mind a lively area with things going on at all hours, it works.

Accessbility and amenities worth
The Arizon is close to all the necessary amenities with nice basic condo facilities to relax at like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, tennis court, bbq pits and playground. Also very convenient as there are shops, supermarkets, and eating places just downstairs and nearby. No need to travel far for daily needs, which saves time and makes life easier. MRT and bus stops also within walking distance. Easy to commute to work or anywhere in Singapore as very central. Worth the decent price of about $1.5M for 3BR unit.

Quite spacious units at The Arizon
Units at The Arizon are quite spacious. 2BR is about 77sqm, better than HDB flat. Enough space to have a comfortable living area compared to other condos in the area where the units are small and cramped. Nice if you have a family or need an extra room for a study. From the outside, the building itself doesn’t look very new, and it lacks the sleek modern look that some people might prefer but still has its charm with a low-rise unique "long" exterior with single 2nd level residential over groundfloor commercial units.
