The Atelier perfect for families
This 120-unit freehold apartment in District 9 is located close to popular schools that include ACS Barker, ACS Junior, and SJI Junior. The Atelier's best is the 3BR, which is a generous 1,281 sq ft, larger than most. of note is the kitchen, open concept so you can keep an eye on your kids. living and dining area with balcony is also spacious, good for kids to stretch their legs during playtime, or entertaining guests. some of the interesting condo facilities that will be great for families include a Secret Garden Trail, Aura Lap Pool, Sensory Pool, Kids Splash, Tree Top Adventure, Kids Play, Giant English Chess, Study Pods. -

slightly troublesome for public transport but
MRT is nearby but a bit troublesome to get to with multiple road crossings due to the Newton Circus roundabout and Newton Flyover. just takes some getting used to. but it's good because The Atelier is on the quieter side of the road at Makeway Ave just off the busy Kampong Java road that conveniently connects Bukit Timah Road to Newton Circus. the hawker centre of the same name is also within walking distance, just need to navigate the busy roundabout with multiple traffic crossings for safety. -
