  Well-kept swimming pool

  I especially enjoyed the swimming pool when we visited our friend here. The other facilities were also well-maintained and looked safe to use for visitors and residents

  Facing noisy ECP expressway

  The condo is facing the expressway, which can get very noisy. Do not recommend if you're a light sleeper/sensitive to noises/working from home/looking for a quiet place to live in

  Luxury living with sea view

  Discover luxuriously spacious homes at The Atria, where every room comfortably accommodates a queen-sized bed. The 03 and 02 units offer exceptional seaviews, while all amenities surpass expectations. The tennis court is impressive, though the gym could benefit from additional lower body workout machines. The function room is generously sized, and the sauna is rarely crowded. The massive pool features a captivating water feature and a separate children's pool. The renovated playground ensures safety by removing wood and sand. Enjoy ample space for evening strolls around the condo. Although the bus stop is currently a bit distant (soon to be complemented by the upcoming MRT). If you drive, there are more than enough carpark spaces in the basement.
