  Old with plenty of problems

  Establishment is old and is infested with plenty of mosquitoes. Management simply do not care even when they are aware of the problem. Lift breaks down occasionally. Facilities are also lacking.

  Spacious,conveniently located Condo

  We moved some time ago into this condo, with 4 bedroom and 2000+ sq ft of space, this apartment is huge. Can accommodate 40+guest for parties. Very near to Somerset MRT and orchard road and convenient for our kids. Takes me less than 20 minutes to the office. Decent size swimming pool and very less disturbance. Truly happy with the Condo. paying 5.5k, LL has furnished with new aircon, oven etc. so a good deal for the area. Highly recommended for European/American and other expats who need space

  Value for Money, Great Space Condo

  Clearly we are in love with this place, the house is a large 2200 sqft apartment with just 2 apartments in a floor. With a family having 2 kids, this gives us lot of space to keep our Cars, cycles, scooters and all the other sundry items. The bedrooms are so large that it is unbelievable, You can have 2 king size beds fit into the master and still have space left. The other 3 bedrooms (yes, it’s a 4 bedroom apartment) are also quite big and can easily fit in king size beds with space to spare. As normal, the whole house is wifi connected, no water shortage in Singapore, Starhub provides good service. The condo has full time manager with staff to sort out any issues. For us it’s been an heaven so far, the helper has a separate area also and the LL gave us a new cook top/oven also, all rooms have fans and aircon so we can switch on what ever we need. I have a swing inside the house now. And most of all, the access to any place in Singapore is the best from The Beaumont. Somerset station is 4 mins walking and orchard road is less than 5 minutes. Near orchard gateway, Takashimaya, Mandarin Orchard, 313 Somerset, Orchard Centre point, paragon and Robinsons. Singapore is anyway a great place to stay and commute, but if you are staying in the city then life is definitely better. Scape which is opposite has events going on through out the year. Clarke Quay is about 15 mins walk from The Beaumont. Now for the Condo itself, relatively old by Singapore standards but I wont consider it that old. Mostly European families with and without kids who like this condo. Decent size swimming pool and gym are part of the condo. Lifts and open spaces well maintained and manager always available for any rectifications. Now for the price. We were quoted SGD 6000 for the 2200 sqft (looks much larger), We ended up at 5,200 which is probably a reasonable bargain. t will be impossible to get a flat of this size in Orchard/Somerset area for this price. So it’s a sweet deal.
