  Very convenient with 2 mrt lines n many buses on Steven bus stop n Bukit Timah bus stop .

  Very convenient

  Very convenient with Stevens MRT and the bus stop just at the door step. I like it because it is a small development so it is quiet and private. It is also near good schools and very near town.

  Good value

  I lived there for a year because the rental was so much lower compared to flats at the other end of Stevens Road. By hopping on to a bus for a few stops, I could get to the town area in double quick time and that was really worth the 50% savings on my rental budget. You can also go home or leave virtually unnoticed as there are not many flats in the buliding. It also helped that the place was not bulit for noisy children.

  I lived there for 3 years and sold a unit for only 850k in 2006. There is no amenities nearby so you need a car for sure. if you like the school nearby then it is a different thing.
